Had a canny stay, like! The staff were proper friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Breakfast was a right treat, with fresh pastries and good coffee! On the downside, noise from the metro was a bit much at times. Recommend it for the hospitality, though!

everything was superb, we had fantastic 3 days here. optimal location, especially helpful staff at the reception desk. being close to a metro station was a bonus.

Couple looking for a decent getaway

The room I had was spacious and had a kettle, a nice touch. It was quiet, and I really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the pastries, but planned to have a bit more variety.

A bit pricey, but I felt it was reasonable enough.

Contemporary and modern hotel. Good location near typical neighborhoods 15-20 minutes by public transport from the Commerce Square.

Very clean hotel and very good facilities and includes a small gym. Next visit to Lisbon would repeat without a doubt.

The room had air conditioning, a tv, and a coffee machine. The private bathroom was stocked with free toiletries and towels. Amazing fitness center on-site. Great location near the metro and local restaurants. Housekeeping kept everything super clean. Breakfast was a buffet with fresh pastries and coffee. Even had a mini supermarket close by for snacks.

The hotel was wonderful and modern with perfect location really close to main attractions, shopping and airport, and all metros, trams and buses. The breakfast spread was good hot and delicious with good coffee, really nice food, Hot chocolate...

Crappy views and Wi-Fi was bad.

The stay was absolutely fun! The hotel was nicely presented and comfortable modern, with absolutely perfect location close to city center. The services where excellant, offered us excellent free Wi-Fi.

My room was well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast offered tasty options, including fresh pastries and honey, a good touch.

parking arrangements were confusing.

Location is very good, just a few steps from metro station Anjos. Staff are very nice. Our room is on 7th floor, it is quiet, clean, and tidy. When we ordered, I left message that we are going to Lisbon for marriage anniversary. They gave us a gift, which is really a big surprise to us. Thank you, for all the staff in TSAR. We will be back if possible. Srongly recommend it!

Should the breakfast be more choices, it could be perfect.

It is good value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The area around the hotel is not very safe after sunset. It's better to return by taxi or at least take the metro. A staff member was rather impolite for no apparent reason, but he was the exception.

Clean, modern rooms with great showers. Noise from outside can be bothersome at night. Breakfast options decent but could use variety. Staff provided helpful tips for navigating the city. Nice location near metro stations.

The room was very small. Only onde device to hang clothes, a shame... The breakfast was very poor...
